Frontline Road Safety Group, a Bain Capital portfolio company and national provider of pavement marking and roadway safety services, has acquired American Striping Company (ASC), a leading Colorado-based provider of pavement marking, striping, traffic control, and signage solutions. ASC was previously a division of Tendit Group, a Denver-based exterior facility services company owned by Osceola Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, ASC serves the Colorado Department of Transportation and municipal customers directly and through general contractors, building a strong reputation for reliability and technical expertise in the Mountain West region.

The acquisition facilitates Frontline Road Safety's entry into the Colorado market, where ASC's established state and municipal relationships and local leadership team provide an immediate operational platform. ASC will operate as a standalone location within Frontline's Specialized Pavement Marking division, maintaining its local identity and customer relationships.
