IMAP Redbaenk advised the shareholders of Toboga, the leading Czech operators of indoor active entertainment venues for children and families, on the sale of a majority stake to Jet Investment’s private equity fund Jet 3. The transaction is intended to support Toboga’s next phase of growth and further strengthen its position in the CEE active leisure market.

Toboga has built a strong market position through a network of modern indoor parks and activity venues focused on movement, play, and family-oriented leisure. The company currently operates eight locations across the Czech Republic and generates annual revenues of nearly CZK 200 million.

For Jet Investment (local private equity group having more than EUR 700m under management), the acquisition represents another step in broadening its portfolio beyond traditional industrial investments and expanding into segments linked to active lifestyle and leisure. Jet sees further growth potential in the Czech market, including expansion into additional regions and, over time, potentially abroad.

The partnership of founders and private equity fund will allow Toboga to build on its established concept and nearly two decades of operating experience, while being boosted by professionalization and accelerated network expansion brought by experienced private equity.
