This strategic acquisition marks an important step in the continued provision of high-quality and accessible dental care in the Rotterdam-Schiebroek region.

The practice, located at Larikslaan 251, is known for its patient-centered approach, professional team of healthcare providers, and state-of-the-art facilities. With four fully equipped treatment rooms and a modern interior, Dental Masters Larikslaan has been delivering quality dental care to a broad patient base for many years.

The buyer, a dentist who was already active within the practice, brings not only extensive professional expertise but also continuity and familiar leadership. Through the acquisition by Dental Apex BV, a strong foundation is laid for further growth and innovation, while maintaining the trusted care for existing patients.

The transaction was structured as an asset-liability transfer, including the transfer of the patient base, staff, equipment, and lease rights to the practice premises. Thanks to the existing collaboration within the team and the close involvement of the new practice owner, the familiar practice environment will remain intact, with a clear focus on further enhancing the quality of care.
