IMAP has successfully advised the shareholders of GEVITA Residenz Lörrach, an established care provider following an integrated care concept, on the sale to Argentum Group, a portfolio company of Lafayette Mittelstand Capital, as part of a structured succession solution.Alongside the transfer of operations, the properties being acquired by Aedifica, a real estate investor specialising in social infrastructure. The acquisition strengthens Argentum Group's position as a nationwide operator of care facilities and assisted living, and marks a further step in the consistent execution of its buy-and-build strategy.

GEVITA Residenz Lörrach offers its residents an integrated care concept combining 56 full inpatient care places with 101 apartments for assisted living, encompassing assisted living, full inpatient care, short-term care, outpatient care and day care. The offering is complemented by 16 day care places and an outpatient care service. Having been in the ownership of the current shareholders since 2015, the facility has established itself as a regionally well-established provider in Lörrach.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the supervisory authority and the cost bearers and is expected in the second half of 2026.
