Ralf Georg Mittler is a member of the Executive Board of IMAP Germany. Prior to this, he spent 24 years in leadership positions within the M&A division of Deutsche Bank Group, where he began his career back in 1996. Starting in 2000, he held various senior roles, initially as a member of the management board and later as Managing Director, leading the M&A advisory team focused on the upper mid-market segment. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing numerous national and international transactions.

With more than 100 successfully completed deals across a wide range of industries, Ralf possesses extensive experience in advising family-owned businesses, mid-sized market leaders, and corporations. He has deep expertise in structuring and executing complex company sales, carve-outs, and succession solutions. He also serves as a board member of the German Mergers & Acquisitions Association (Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V.).
