Maria is a Director at IMAP Netherlands and has over 20 years of experience in leveraged finance, M&A, debt advisory, and strategy.

She has worked in the financial sector in both London and the Netherlands, including positions at Federated Hermes Direct Lending and, most recently, as Head of the Corporate Finance team at IBS Capital Allies.

Maria holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

She brings extensive experience and expertise across various sectors, including B2B services, impact and green energy, industrials, and manufacturing.
