Capstone Partners advised Cygilant, Inc. on its acquisition by SilverSky Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Boston with security operations centers (SOCs) in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Burlington, MA, Cygilant offers world-class cybersecurity-as-a-service and threat intelligence capabilities. This acquisition expands SilverSky’s global footprint and increases access to the highly regulated European markets.
