Vitale & Co. - IMAP Italy advises Rekeep on the purchase of Polish healthcare facility management company Naprzod
Rekeep, already an established player in Italy, continues its path toward international expansion, following recent acquisitions in France and Turkey.
IMAP Italy is pleased to announce that leading Italian facilities management company, Rekeep, acquired a majority stake in Polish healthcare facility management company, Naprzod. The companies reached an agreement whereby Rekeep will acquire 80% of Naprzod’s equity capital for €18.3 million. Naprzod’s current CEO will retain a 20% stake in the Company, as well as his executive position.
Naprzod primarily operates in the Healthcare sector, providing facility management services such as specialized cleaning and disinfection in hospitals, catering and meal preparation services, as well as the outsourcing of medical transportation services.
Rekeep, already an established player in Italy, continues its path toward international expansion, following recent acquisitions in France and Turkey. With the acquisition of Naprzod, over 10% of Rekeep’s revenues for FY 2019 will be generated abroad.
The IMAP Italy team acted as financial advisor to Rekeep, with substantial cross-border support from members of the IMAP Poland team.
