NewMile Capital and Haywood Lane, a Dallas-based investment firm, have made a strategic co-investment in Wilkerson Crane Rental, a leading provider of crane rental, rigging, and heavy lifting solutions across the Midwest and central United States. The founders, Diana and Jeff Holt, retain a significant ownership stake and will remain actively involved in the business.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bonner Springs, Kansas, Wilkerson operates a modern and diversified crane fleet serving customers across the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, wind energy, and industrial sectors. The company offers operated and bare crane rentals, machinery moving, heavy hauling, and rigging services, supporting projects ranging from routine service lifts to complex industrial and infrastructure applications. Wilkerson has grown steadily through a combination of organic investment and targeted acquisitions, expanding its geographic footprint across the Midwest.

The investment will support continued fleet expansion, geographic growth, enhanced service capabilities, and strategic acquisitions as Wilkerson pursues its next phase of development.
