Brasilpar - IMAP Brazil acted as exclusive financial advisor to Le Pain Quotidien Brasil on the sale of a stake to Fábrica de Bares.

Le Pain Quotidien Brasil is an international bakery-restaurant chain founded in Belgium in 1990 and present in over 20 countries, with eight units in São Paulo and its own production facility.

Fábrica de Bares, a São Paulo-based hospitality and gastronomy group behind iconic venues such as Bar Brahma, Café Girondino and Blue Note, joins as a strategic partner to accelerate the brand's expansion, with plans to open up to three new units per year over the next 10 years.
