Danista Capital Partners acted as sell-side advisor to Faruk Safi on the sale of his 22% shareholding in Safi Çimento to Mustafa Hakan Safi and Sait Safi. The transaction formed one component of a large-scale ownership reorganization encompassing multiple businesses across the port operations, mining, sugar production and cement manufacturing sectors.

Safi Çimento is a Turkish cement manufacturer with an annual production capacity of approximately 1.5 million tonnes.
