Metric Capital Partners acquired Excellence Imagerie, a French diagnostic imaging platform, in a transaction aimed at supporting the company’s continued expansion and consolidation in the medical imaging sector. The acquisition strengthens Excellence Imagerie’s financial and strategic position, enabling further investment in advanced imaging equipment, clinical capabilities, and the development of its network of imaging centers across France.
