IMAP UK Debt Advisory advised LexInvest in a recent debt financing transaction

LexInvest is the holding company for Cavendish, which was founded in 2006 and is an established provider of international trust and corporate services. Operating as an independent entity across the Isle of Man and Jersey, Cavendish services a broad range of banking, investment, and professional clients.

With a successful track record of integrating acquisitions, LexInvest identified several opportunities to consolidate its leading market position across the Isle of Man and Jersey. Investec provided substantial debt financing to support the continued growth of the business.
