IMAP Redbaenk advised the owners of FLOW TECH s.r.o. on the sale of 100% of the business operations to Factory Invest a.s., a holding company forming part of Multicraft Group. The acquisition further strengthens Multicraft Group’s position in industrial manufacturing and broadens its capabilities in precision-engineered, customer-specific production solutions.

FLOW TECH is a Czech manufacturer of clamping and welding fixtures and single-purpose machines. The company serves a diversified customer base across multiple industrial sectors, including automotive, power engineering, railway and precision engineering. This broad technical footprint complements Multicraft Group’s platform of more than 20 companies operating across a wide range of industrial activities.
