IMAP advised the shareholders of exxonit GmbH, a consulting and software company specializing in SAP technology, on its sale to the Cpro Group, a portfolio company of the pan-European investment company Egeria. With this acquisition, the Cpro Group adds around 60 employees to its team and strengthens its position in the public sector. exxonit's long-standing experience with the requirements of public sector clients enables the Cpro Group to expand its range of services in this strategically important market.

exxonit was founded in 2011 and specializes in SAP technology. Its core business areas include SAP Basis and system operations, SAP development, migrations to SAP HANA and to the cloud, as well as SAP Fiori. In addition, the company develops customized software solutions and its own products for SAP applications. Alongside its long-standing experience in the field of public administration, the company is also active in sectors including mechanical engineering, insurance and the food industry.

The Cpro Group is an established SAP Gold Partner in German-speaking region. Since 2003, with more than 600 employees at ten locations across the DACH region and three specialised subsidiaries, the company has supported more than 550 mid-market clients in the implementation, further development and operation of their SAP system landscapes.
