Ivan is a Senior Associate at IMAP’s Zagreb office, which he joined in 2026. His responsibilities include drafting transaction documents, conducting financial and market analyses, performing company valuations, and coordinating due diligence processes end-to-end.

Prior to this, he spent three years at the boutique M&A advisory firm Grubisic Kresic Corporate Finance, where he supported and led both buy-side and sell-side mandates. He also completed an internship at the boutique M&A advisory firm Angel Light Capital in New York City.

Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Baruch College, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Post University, Waterbury, Connecticut, U.S.A..
