Petr has over 17 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, capital markets and risk management. Prior to joining IMAP in 2009, he was the Risk Management Director in the Czech subsidiary of UK firm, Bibby Financial Services. During his career, Petr has been involved in and managed numerous venture capital and M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.
He has valuable experience in the Industrials, Consumer Staples, Financial Services, Energy & Power and High Technology sectors.
Petr has a Masters Degree in Economics and Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Law, both from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
