IMAP closes 193 M&A deals worth over $7.0 billion
IMAP closed 193 M&A transactions valued at over $7.0 billion in 2020, down from the 7 year high of 235 deals closed in 2019.
Vitale assisted Savills Investment Management in the acquisition of a portfolio of five office assets performed by an Italian real estate fund fully subscribed by Bain Capital Credit LP, a leading global investment company.
The assets have been sold by listed real estate funds managed by Amundi Real Estate Italia SGR, for a total consideration of €94.25 m.
The properties are located in: Casalecchio di Reno (Via Isonzo 55, sold for €12.65 m); Rome (via Cristoforo Colombo 416-420, sold for €30.65 m); Cinisello Balsamo (via Galilei 40, sold for €21.7 m); Milan (via Amoretti 78, sold for €16.65 m; viale Monza 338, sold for €12.6 m). The properties in Rome and Casalecchio di Reno were sold by the Amundi RE Europa fund, while the other three were held in pro-dividual communion between Amundi RE Italia and Amundi RE Europa.
Vitale acted as financial advisor providing assistance in structuring the acquisition and financing the transaction, as well as in negotiations with the counterparties.
