Ali Yürüdü is the Managing Partner at Danista Capital Partners, bringing over two decades of expertise in Mergers&Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Project Finance and Export Credit Loans. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and earned PhD, specializing in inflation accounting and company valuation. Yürüdü, began his professional career in auditing, spending the first seven years at Ernst&Young and Grant Thornton, where he gained extensive experience in financial reporting, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. Following this, he established and managed his own auditing company, which successfully led until founding of Danista Capital Partners in 2008. Upon founding Danista Capital Partners, he sold his shares in his previous firm to his partners to focus entirely on leading Danista Capital Partners. Since then, he has played a central role in the firm’s strategic direction and advisory mandates, leveraging his deep technical knowledge and leadership in complex financial transactions.
