T&N Telekom & Netzwerk AG, a leading Swiss ICT service provider and member of Germany's WTG Group, has acquired the Digital Solutions business unit from CKW, a Swiss energy and building technology company. Following the divestiture, CKW will focus on its core operations in energy supply and building technology.
CKW Digital Solutions provides managed services, cloud solutions, integrated communication and collaboration solutions, connectivity, and IT security services to corporate customers. The unit's capabilities align directly with T&N's existing core areas and complement the group's focus on AI-driven solutions and IT security, closing a strategic gap in T&N's service portfolio. T&N will expand its Emmen location as part of the transaction, with all existing customer and supplier contracts and contact persons remaining unchanged.
Founded in 1996 and operating across eleven locations in Switzerland and Austria, T&N employs approximately 180 people and forms part of the WTG Group, a leading European provider of integrated enterprise IT, communications, and security solutions with more than 500 employees across the DACH region.
The Corporate Finance Group – IMAP Switzerland advised CKW on the transaction.
