On 7 March 2023, Belfiore 28 Srl (Ricerca 12 Group), valorised the real estate complex located in Florence by sale to the National Social Security Institute (INPS).
The asset is located on an important street out of the historical city center and is just a few minutes walk from the main Santa Maria Novella railway station and the future high-speed station designed by Norman Foster.
