IMAP Chile advised Inversiones Magnani on the sale of a 100% equity stake in Intercal to Bohn de México

South Andes Capital (IMAP Chile) advised Inversiones Magnani Ltda. on the sale of a 100% equity stake in Intercambiadores de Calor S.A. (“Intercal”), to Bohn de México S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Lennox International Inc.

Intercal is one of the largest manufacturers in Chile of air conditioning equipment and its related products, such as evaporators, air condensers and industrial fans, providing integrated industrial climate control solutions. The company specialises in tailor-made solutions, with cutting edge technology for different type of consumers,serving industrial clients in Chile and other countries in Latin America.

Bohn de México S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican commercial and industrial refrigeration manufacturer with presence in Mexico, and it exports products to several Latin American countries.

Lennox International is a leading provider of climate control solutions for heating, air conditioning and refrigeration markets around the world.

South Andes Capital acted as the sole financial advisor to Inversiones Magnani.
