Neltume Ports Tidal Transport & Trading USA Ltd.

IMAP is pleased to announce that Neltume Ports has acquired a majority stake in Tidal Transport USA.

Tidal Transport USA provides full-scale marine operations services, focused primarily on stevedoring, hold cleaning, and port captaincy on the US West Coast, with operations in California, Oregon, and Washington.

Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, Neltume Ports is an operator and developer of ports throughout Latin America and the United States. It currently has 22 port operations, and the acquisition of Tidal USA further expands its presence in the US.

The IMAP Canada team based in Vancouver, led by Nick Bester, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tidal USA on this transaction.
