Overview

Bos-Agro Food is the leading wholesaler of cultivated and wild-growing raspberries and other berries in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Company’s products are almost exclusively distributed in the markets of the Scandinavian countries.

The Company owns and operates four state-of-the-art freezing and storage facilities with a total of 130 employees. These facilities are located in major fruit-growing regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a total storage capacity of 5.120 tons. The entire value chain, including supply, processing, and distribution, is fully integrated and certified to the highest European standards.

The Investor

BLBH Invest GmbH is a Family office based in Vienna, Austria, that focuses on investments in small to medium-sized companies with high growth potential in the region of SEE and DACH.

The Deal

IMAP was the exclusive advisor to the owner of Bos-Agro Food d.o.o. in the sale of a 100.00% share to BLBH Invest GmbH. With this acquisition, BLBH Invest has ensured a market entry to the Scandinavian countries.
