The founder of the Lower Bavarian Schiller Group, Ewald Schiller, has sold the majority of his company's shares to VESCON Automation Group GmbH, which is owned by Quadriga Capital, as part of a succession plan. Ewald Schiller will remain with the company as managing director and shareholder.
