Advised the shareholders of Lumson, European leader in primary packaging for the beauty and personal care industry, in the sale of a minority stake to Fondo Strategico Italiano (FSI).

 

FSI Mid Market Growth Equity Fund, a unit of FSI Investimenti SpA, acquired a 35% stake in Lumson SpA, a Capergnanica-based manufacturer of plastics products, in a privately negotiated transaction.
