Nicolás has worked in transactions worth over US$1.5 billion, including the issuance of Avianca structured bonds, Helm Bank's primary share issue, Centelsa and Interamericana de Cables sale, the purchase of a shareholding in EEB, the financial structuring of TCBUEN and the purchase of a shareholding and financial structuring of Petroworks. Prior to joining Inverlink he worked at Sanford Group as Investment Manager and Corporate Manager for Petroworks.
Nicolás holds a BSc in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes.
