IMAP has advised the shareholders of Beckmann & Partner CONSULT GmbH, a consulting company for the financial industry, on the acquisition by the X1F Group. The shareholders of Beckmann & Partner will remain with the company and will be active in the new X1F Group. As part of X1F, Beckmann & Partner will continue to grow and focus on banking consulting with a focus on core banking, securities and payments. With its headquarters in Bielefeld and a team of 76 experts, the company has been successful in applying its combined banking and IT expertise at the interface between business and IT for more than 25 years.
The X1F Group provides one-stop technology and transformation consulting, supporting banks, insurance companies, industry and the public sector in their digital transformation with a full-service offering. Majority owned by funds of the Swiss private equity group Ufenau Capital Partners, X1F Holding, with its 13 subsidiaries and more than 1,100 employees, generates annual revenues in excess of €190 million. It provides IT solutions at 39 locations in Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.
The three shareholders of Beckmann & Partner, Birgit Schweneker, Hermann Vogel and Matthias Wieking are optimistic about the future: "We, the beckFamily, are proud to be part of the X1F Group.
