IMAP Portugal advises Healthcare group José de Mello Saúde on €33 million financing. Portuguese Healthcare services provider, José de Mello Saúde S.A., signed a financing contract with Bank of China for €33 million, which is scheduled to mature in 2024.
This medium and long-term financing has been used to refinance a €30 million Schuldschein Loan that was contracted in October 2017, with a maturity period of approximately 3 years.
This transaction forms part of José de Mello Saúde’s financial strategy, which focuses on reducing refinancing risk, diversifying funding sources and extending the average maturity of its debt.
