Dacke Industri has signed an agreement to acquire Flintab AB, a Nordic region's leading supplier of the market's most innovative and competitive weighing system.

Dacke Industri has signed an agreement to acquire Flintab AB, a Nordic region's leading supplier of the market's most innovative and competitive weighing system. The acquisition is part of Dacke Industri’s strategy to expand and strengthen the aspect as a long-time owner of innovative technology companies focusing on customized components and systems. Dacke Industri has the 9[th] of September, completed the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in Flintab AB.

Flintab AB is headquartered in Jönköping, Sweden, and employs about 75 people with a net sales of approximately EURO 14 million. They are a turn key supplier of scales and registration systems, advanced weighing solutions, and services for the Scandinavian market. Flintab AB helps customers to streamline and maximize operations with an overall view from analysis, installation, business intelligence, and service.

Within the part of the group, that is called Electronics, Dacke focus on companies with own-developed products within measurement and control systems.
