IMAP advises management consult Dr. Eisele & Dr. Noll GmbH on the sale of a majority share to Rhein Invest

The shareholders of management consult, a leading market research and consulting company, have sold a majority stake to Rhein Invest as part of a succession plan and reorganization of the shareholder structure. At the same time, Dr. Michael Kost joins the company as co-investor and future member of the advisory board. The previous shareholders will remain associated with management consult as managing directors and, in part, as shareholders. By taking this step, management consult is strategically positioning itself for future development in this dynamic market segment.

Rhein Invest is a German-Dutch investment company which invests on a long-term basis in medium-sized companies with a strong DNA. The interdisciplinary team is based in Amstelveen near Amsterdam and consists of Dutch and Germans. The company invests in particular in profitable companies in the industry, software, services, food and agricultural technology sectors.
