IMAP advises the shareholders of Sushi Circle on the sale to Japanese Zensho Holding
The acquisition marks Zensho's entry into the German market, continuing its strong growth strategy of recent years
Capstone Partners advised Bricata, Inc. (Bricata), a developer of network security and data protection solutions, on its sale to an undisclosed strategic buyer. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bricata is a next-generation Network Detection and Response (NDR) provider whose technology analyzes network traffic for vulnerabilities and threats to keep enterprise networks operational and in a trusted state. Bricata’s NDR technology delivers complete network visibility, eliminating blind spots and allowing users to intelligently capture and analyze network data.
Bricata was founded by John Trauth and is backed by venture capital firm Edison Partners. Bricata’s differentiated technology and mission-driven ethos have attracted a loyal and growing base of enterprise and government customers. With the successful maturation of its offering and current market dynamics, this represented an ideal time for Bricata to pursue a sale.
