IMAP is pleased to announce that BLBH Invest GmbH has acquired Bos-Agro Food from Nordic Food Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bos-Agro Food is the leading wholesaler of cultivated and wild-growing raspberries and other berries in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its products are almost exclusively distributed in Scandinavia. Employing a total of 130 staff, the company owns and operates 4 state-of-the-art freezing and storage facilities located in the main fruit-growing regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a storage capacity of 5,120 tons. The entire value chain, including supply, processing, and distribution, is fully integrated and certified to the highest European standards.
BLBH Invest GmbH is a family office based in Vienna, Austria, that focuses on investments in small to medium-sized companies with high growth potential in the SEE and DACH regions. With this acquisition, BLBH Invest has gained access to the Scandinavian markets.
