Capstone Headwaters advises Caliper on its acquisition by PSI Services LLC

Capstone Headwaters advised Caliper, a talent management solutions company, on its acquisition by PSI Services LLC (“PSI”), a global workforce solutions provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
