Capstone Headwaters Advises GC&E Systems Group on its Acquisition by Bristol Bay Native Corporation

Capstone Headwaters advised Atlanta-based GC&E Systems Group (“GC&E”) on its acquisition by Bristol Bay Native Corporation (“BBNC”), headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GC&E Systems Group provides technology-based solutions to the military and government agencies, as well as the commercial market. Their comprehensive services include integrated communication and technology, communication infrastructure, integrated electronic / cybersecurity solutions, and managed services.
