Faurecia Automotive Composites, a subsidiary of Forvia (formerly Faurecia), was acquired by Germany firm ASC Investment and subsequently renamed Compositec. 

Degroof Petercam (IMAP France) advised Forvia on the sale of Faurecia Automotive Composites as part of a broader strategy to divest its Lightweight Solutions business.
