The owner of Tacta d.o.o., an enterprise software development company serving clients in the financial services industry and other highly regulated sectors in Belgium and France, with offices in Belgium, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, sold a majority stake to Provectus Capital Partners through its PCP SEE Fund II. The transaction marks the launch of Burra Group, a regional software engineering services platform established by Provectus together with Tacta, Devot and CoreLine, bringing together specialized IT companies with strong engineering capabilities, deep domain expertise and international client relationships.
