Peleven AG, a Swiss engineering and consulting company serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries, has acquired 100% of LaborPlan GmbH, a specialist in laboratory planning and design for research, academic, and life sciences facilities.

Founded nearly three decades ago, LaborPlan has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored planning solutions across a broad range of laboratory environments. The acquisition brings together Peleven's project management, engineering, commissioning, qualification, and validation expertise with LaborPlan's deep specialisation in functional laboratory design, creating a combined offering that covers the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery. LaborPlan's founding principals, Stefan Torrie and Taddedo Bortoletto, will join Peleven, ensuring continuity of leadership and client relationships.
