Degroof Petercam Investment Banking (IMAP Belgium) acted as exclusive debt adviser to IDI in its acquisition of Intersoft Electronics Group from Waterland Private Equity.

IDI, a listed French investment company focused on supporting mid-market businesses, has acquired Intersoft Electronics, a leading provider of advanced radar and antenna testing solutions serving the aviation, defence and security sectors.

Founded in Belgium, Intersoft Electronics has established a strong international position with its high-precision radar testing and calibration technologies, supporting mission-critical infrastructure such as air traffic control systems.

Degroof Petercam supported IDI throughout the financing process, including structuring the debt package and coordinating negotiations with lending partners to secure the acquisition financing.
