Softcash, a long-established Swiss provider of treasury management software, has been acquired by DocFinance S.R.L. After more than 37 years of building and leading the business, founder Jules Späni has completed the sale to the Italy-based buyer, which is expanding its presence and commercial activities across the DACH region.

The acquisition strengthens DocFinance’s product portfolio and regional footprint while ensuring continuity for Softcash’s customers and partners.
