Halldis, a company of the Ferragamo Group, has signed an agreement to establish a joint venture with Vita, a real estate management company controlled by Castello-Anima. The joint venture will be active in the management of short- and mid-term rental residential properties.

Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as financial advisor to Sawa S.r.l. (the holding company of Leonardo Ferragamo) and the controlling shareholder of Halldis.
