An undisclosed acquirer has acquired Buroserv Australia Pty Ltd, an Australian provider of IT and communications services to wholesale and retail customers.

Headquartered in Australia, Buroserv offers a comprehensive suite of products including voice, mobility, data, cloud solutions, NBN connectivity, and hosted phone systems. The company has built a strong market position through its wholesale reseller network, high-quality recurring revenue base, and proprietary billing platform.
