Viabus is a leading Dutch tour operator offering guided travel products, including coach tours, fly-coach trips, river cruises and long winter stays across Europe and beyond. Armira will support the company’s long-term strategy and growth initiatives, with existing shareholder Rotrip Europe reinvesting alongside the other shareholders to ensure continuity.

The IMAP Netherlands team, consisting of Jean-Luc Zeguers, Maria van der Veer, Aster de Backer, WIllem Jansen, Caroline Hollema and Casper van Oord, advised Armira throughout the process.
