IMAP Netherlands advised Armira on its strategic partnership with Itsperfect, the leading Dutch provider of ERP software for the fashion industry. Armira is a European investment holding company that backs entrepreneur-led and family-owned hidden champions over the long term.

Itsperfect was founded in 2013 and is based in Baarn. It has become the software of choice for fashion and lifestyle brands that want to run their whole operation on one integrated system, from product development through wholesale, retail and logistics. The company leads its home market and already serves a growing customer base in Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

For Armira, the investment adds a founder-led, fast-growing software business with a clear path to international growth. The partnership is designed to speed up Itsperfect's expansion across Europe, with Germany as the priority market. Itsperfect already has established customer relationships there and aims to build the same leading position it holds in the Netherlands. Armira brings a strong track record of helping founder-led businesses grow across the German-speaking region, along with its broad network of entrepreneurs and long-term investors. Itsperfect will keep focusing on organic growth, internationalization, product innovation and customer satisfaction, and will build out its organization to support these goals.

Co-Founder Stefan Methorst remains CEO and will continue to lead the business with the existing management team.

Armira manages more than €5 billion in capital and invests across a company's full lifecycle, from minority growth investments to majority positions.
