OCLC EMEA acquired 100% of the shares in Amlib on 1 July 2008. Amlib was a web-based system for library management, developed in Australia and used in more than 525 schools and libraries especially in Australia, Africa, UK and US. The acquisition is a good addition to the European library management systems of OCLC EMEA.
