Acomo N.V., a Euronext Amsterdam-listed group and leading international player in plant-based food ingredients, has acquired 100% of Manuzzi S.r.l. from its shareholders, including private equity fund Hyle Capital and founder Aurelio Manuzzi.

Based in Cesena, Manuzzi produces and markets a broad range of nuts, seeds, kernels, and dried fruits, serving large-scale retail chains, wholesalers, and the food industry. The company operates primarily in the private label segment and also distributes products under its own Manuzzi brand. Aurelio Manuzzi will continue to lead the business as Chief Executive Officer following the transaction.

The acquisition strengthens Acomo's Spices & Nuts division and expands the group's presence in Southern Europe.
