Naledi joined Verdant Capital as an Associate in 2026. Naledi brings several years of advisory and deal execution experience as an investment professional.

Before joining Verdant Capital, Naledi held roles at Kazi Capital and Deloitte Advisory, gaining experience and understanding in private equity, portfolio management, investment advisory and corporate finance in markets across Southern Africa. Naledi is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from London Business School.
