Mark is Director M&A at IMAP Netherlands. In the early 1990s, he started his career at Rabobank and, after several years, founded his own company Taurus Corporate Finance. This practice later developed into one of the predecessors of IMAP Netherlands.

He is highly active within IMAP Netherlands’ international network and has extensive experience with sell-side processes and company valuations.
