Antonio is a Senior Associate at IMAP’s Zagreb office, which he joined in 2025. His responsibilities include drafting transaction documents, financial and market analysis, company valuations, and coordinating due diligence processes end‑to‑end.

Previously, Antonio spent six years at the boutique M&A advisory firm Adria Capital, where he supported and led both buy‑side and sell‑side mandates. He also completed an internship in the Investment Banking division of Zagrebačka banka (UniCredit).

He holds a Master’s degree in Analysis and Business Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
