Degroof Petercam - IMAP Belgium has acted as Sole Global Coordinator in the €25 million four-year bonds private placement of Ascencio.
This new financing, structured in three tranches with an average duration of four years commencing on March 9, 2022, has been issued at par and bears interest at an annual average weighted rate of 2.57%. The issue was entirely subscribed by institutional investors.

This transaction confirms the bank’s position in the private placement of fixed income securities and its placement capacity with institutional investors, as well as its capacity to structure/prepare such transactions. Degroof Petercam was the only bank involved in this placement.
